A great family stay in Melb CBD, had everything we needed
The room had mote space than expected , the laundry and kitchen were a great bonus. Had everything we needed. Parking was close by and easy Electric car charging point.

Location is excellent - right in the middle of the theatre precinct
The building is in need of some TLC, wall trims are rotting in places. Hallways are pokey. Kitchenette is aging. The bed was advertised as a queen, felt like a double. It was out of shape and not overly comfortable.
